It is my pleasure to introduce International Director Townsend. He was elected to serve a two year term at the International Convention held in Minneapolis, Minnesota, last July. He is a member of the Dalton, Georgia, Noon Lions Club.  He has held many offices within our association, including club president, region chair, zone chair, district governor, and multiple district leadership chair. He has also served as a presenter at the USA/Canada forum. Director Townsend is a judge.  Additionally, he is active in numerous professional and community organizations. He is currently the chair of the Dalton-Whitfield Christmas Parade and was honored as the Judge of the Year by the state of Georgia. Director Townsend and his wife, Donna, also a Lion, have two daughters.
